At Kooky Koala™, we stand behind every stitch. Each teddy is made with care, love, and a whole lot of heart — but if your experience isn’t love-at-first-hug, we’ll make it right. 💛
When You’re Covered
Your Teddy Promise applies if:
- Your teddy arrives damaged or defective (for example, stitching issues or other manufacturing flaws).
- You received the wrong teddy or missing accessories (such as the tag or canvas bag).
- You notice a genuine quality issue within 30 days of arrival.

How It Works
Simply email our team at hello@kookykoala.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
1. Your order number or name used at checkout.
2. A quick photo or short video showing the issue (so we can make things right fast).
Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement teddy — free of charge, because hugs should never come with worry.
A Fair Promise
Our Teddy Promise doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, stains, pet damage, or accidents that happen after arrival. Each order is eligible for one replacement per item.
We believe kindness should go both ways — so while our teddies are made to last, we also trust our community to use The Teddy Promise with honesty and heart.
