How do I track my Kooky Koala™ order?


Amazon sends all tracking updates directly to your email or mobile notifications.


You can also view your tracking link anytime under Your Orders in your Amazon account.
How long will delivery take?


Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

United States: Typically 1–3 business days (Prime available)

Canada: Typically 2–6 business days (Prime available in most regions)
Where do you ship?


We currently ship within Canada and the United States through Amazon FBA.

International shipping outside North America is not yet available.
Who do I contact for delivery or tracking issues?


Amazon manages the full delivery process—including tracking, delays, address changes, and replacements.

How do I access the certificate?


Scan the QR code on the teddy’s tag.

Enter your email, personalize the child’s name, and tap Create Image — it’s instant.
Is the tree really planted?


Yes. We pre-purchase a tree for every teddy through our partner One Tree Planted.

Your certificate shows that a real tree is planted in the child’s honor. 🌱
How long does it take?


The certificate is available immediately.

Tree planting happens in scheduled projects throughout the year — timing depends on seasons and regions.
What if my QR code isn’t working?


Email hello@kookykoala.shop with a photo of the tag or your order number,

and we’ll send you a secure link right away. 💚
Do I have to pay again?


No. The tree is already included with your teddy — there’s no extra cost.
Will you keep my info?


Only what’s needed to deliver your certificate or resend it later.

We value your privacy and never sell personal data.

Returns & Support

What’s your return policy?


Returns are handled directly through Amazon within 30 days of delivery.

If your order arrives with any issue, you can start a return through your Amazon account for a quick and easy resolution.
