How do I access the certificate and cartoon?
Scan the QR codes on the teddy’s tag. One links to the personalized tree certificate, one unlocks the private cartoon.

How does the cartoon surprise work?
Inside every gift bag, you’ll find a tag with a QR code. One scan unlocks a private cartoon where the teddy becomes the star of their very own story. No apps, no downloads — just magic.
How does the tree planting work?
We pre-purchase a tree for every teddy through our partnership with One Tree Planted. The tree is already planted — and when you scan the tag, you can personalize a digital certificate that shows it was planted in honor of the child receiving the gift.
